1. Where do you run your courses?
In the Sydney CBD we use:

2. Can I access the training by Public transport ?
Yes.
The nearest Station is Town Hall with an exit underneath the Citigroup Tower.
Our nearest bus stop is at the QVB.
3. Is lunch provided?
Yes. We provide tea and coffee as well as a light lunch.
4. What are the course times?
Courses begin at 9.00 am and finish at 5.00 pm. We advise delegates to arrive at 8:45 am to ensure a prompt start to the course.
5. Do you run this course as in-company course?
Yes. All of our programs can be delivered in company, typically in group sessions comprising of between 6-12 participants.
6. Can you tailor a course to meet the specific needs of our company
Yes – our customised courses reflect the culture, terminology and specific objectives of your company and can be designed to compliment programs that you are already running
7. If I have to cancel, what is the cancellation fee?
14 days or more from course commencement:
A full refund is available less an admin fee of AUD$50, or alternatively transfer to another course or course date
Less than 14 days from course commencement
Cancellations received less than 14 days from course commencement are subject to full payment, although we accept substitute attendees at no additional cost
